I cannot upload my images to the designer tools - Ensure the images you are trying to upload are in JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG formats. If they are, the problem could be that the images are too large and may require som time to upload successfully. If this is not the case, don't worry! carry on the design and submit as normal without uploading the images. When done, email your images to design@colourchoice.co.uk and include you postcode in the subject, and we'll match your images to your enquiry.

I cannot see prices displayed - All of our products displayed are bespoke and custom made and each price is individual based on your specification and features required. We will contact you once you have submitted your enquiry to give you the best price and any discounts to match your needs.

The fonts offered do not match my requested font - Don't worry if you cannot see your font. Select a basic font, and let us know that you have your own font when you get to the checkout.
